Join ministers, employers, educators and tech leaders for a half-day of panels, keynote speeches and networking - exploring skills reform, apprenticeships, AI in the workplace, and the future of the labour market.

With almost a million young people not in education, employment or training, the government has made apprenticeships and tackling youth unemployment a centrepiece of its agenda. This panel examines whether the Growth and Skills Levy, foundation apprenticeships and Skills England are delivering for the employers and young people they're designed to reach.

AI and the Changing Workplace - managing the transition for workers, employers and the economy.
AI is reshaping how businesses operate, how jobs are structured and what skills are valued. This panel explores how automation is transforming the workplace in practice, the government's approach through DSIT's AI and Future of Work Unit, and what guardrails are needed to ensure the transition works for everyone.
